was full of learning and fun -- we had the best students!

On the last day our students gave us teachers portrait
assignments -- and mine was to create a "happy/surprise"
portrait... here is my fabulous Allie friend modeling for me... what fun!!
Hannah was amazing - she volunteered her house for our course.
It was so wonderful to bounce shooting location ideas off of her...
she came up with some real winners!
Of course my lil sis Lizzy wanted to learn... she really improved during
the course, and kept on working late into the night by cooking
dinner for Allie and me while we worked.
Valerie was a jewel... she was so attentive and kept asking
the most amazing questions. She has an eye for catching some
pretty awesome photos.
Missy was such a joy to teach. She was so relaxed
and worked so so hard.... her work was amazing. :)
Annie was so attentive! I'd have to say that
she took more notes than anyone... and if she
didn't understand something, she came up to
us and asked questions... while writing more things down.
I loved it!! <3
Julie was a hidden master... she won several of the contests!
Her work improved so much and I can't wait to see where she takes it!
On the last day, Allie and I took turns taking shots
of all the girls.... so I thought I'd grab a "shot of the shot"
AND! Last but not least.... Catrina! Allie's sister wasn't able
to take the entire class, but she kept us laughing the whole time
she was with us... she also helped Lizzy prepare our meals..
Couldn't have done it without you girls!!
